We started working with Dina earlier in the year looking for a new home. She was able to get us set up with a portal with what we were looking for so that we could start seeing homes. There were some tweaks along the way and any time we asked for Dina to make a change to it she did it right away for us. Anytime we asked to see a home she quickly got us a showing scheduled. After several months and seeing a handful of homes, we found one we wanted to put an offer in on. Dina wasted no time with getting the process rolling. She got out home on the market and was able to get an offer the first day! When ever something came up Dina informed us and let us make all of our own decisions without feeling pressured or pushed into anything. Buying and selling a home is a long, stressful process and Dina made sure to help us along the way!

5 Stars : Excellent. Dina was very successful in both buying of my condominium and currently selling my house. My home sale presented a challenge, due to the in- ground pool. Dina readily accepted this challenge. She chose the best timing in spring for listing my home. Marketing - I was very pleased with Dina's home listing information and pictures for more than 3,000 Shorewest online viewings. She spent a lot of time and effort creating the listing. My 41 home Showings were also very impressive. After observing my neighbors' homes remain on the market for 6 months or more,being taken off the market, or not sold, my home had an Accepted Offer by Dina after 3 weeks ! Her skillful communications with agents / keeping me informed were also beneficial in the home sale. I was so fortunate to be working with Dina for both my buying and selling experiences !

Your concerns are her concerns, and she works incredibly hard and has a lot of experience to make things go smoothly and the way that you want. Emails and phone calls are answered very quickly and thoroughly - you will never be left wondering what is happening. Again, she provided an excellent service!

Dina is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and the entire process of selling and buying a home. She listens to what her client's needs are, and is honest and realistic in her advice. I first worked with Dina over 13 years ago. My fiancee and I both had homes that we needed to sell in order to buy a home together when we got married. We started the process in November, when another realtor told us not to bother because of the upcoming holidays. Dina did not see the time of year as an obstacle. She listed both of our properties. I had an offer before Christmas, and we moved into our house in January! When we were ready to sell that house we didn't hesitate to contact Dina again.
